Our selected wine for February is Álvaro del Saz Selección Chardonnay by Bodegas del Saz. 100% Chardonnay, it is remarkable because of its slow fermentation at low temperatures in French oak barrels. The outcome is a perfect wine to pair with poultry, rice, fish, or seafood.
