DÍSCOLO is a small organic/sustainable winery, within the DO Toro. A project created in 2008 with the intention of making wines with personality. Passionate about our Castilian land that gives us the best fruit. Since 2015 it has been producing organic wines, although management in the field is more demanding than the regulations established in organic viticulture, since our main objective is to maintain a balanced relationship with the vineyard. Thanks to the passion for the field, the process and the product, the vineyards produce wines with character and personality, always seeking the maximum expression of the terroir.
