Our winery was founded in the mid-19th century and belonged to the family of Enrique María Trénor, III Count of Vallesa del Mandor, II Count of Montornés, VIII Count of Noroña, and Grandee of Spain. Our vineyards cover 85 hectares (of the estate’s nearly 1,000 hectares), selected for their different locations, altitudes, and orientations. They are located on the slopes of the unique Monte Arabí, a World Heritage Site, in the municipality of Yecla, whose DO we belong to. Our vines breathe Mediterranean air. They grow at altitudes above 800 meters, with low rainfall and good sun exposure, in a privileged location for wines with personality, our most representative varieties being Monastrell and Sauvignon Blanc.
