Bodegas Solar de Samaniego, with a history of more than half a century, is located right below the medieval town of Laguardia, in the D.O.Ca. Rioja. To celebrate its 50th Anniversary, the winery carried out a complete recovery of all winemaking, ageing cellar and wine tourism areas. This magnificent investment allows the reinforcement of the winemaking and fining of our wines in concrete tanks, prepared with an excellent coating and a modern temperature control system. A “house style” was conceived for the wines by obtaining a great fruit concentration and silky tannins, thanks to the slow polymerization provided by this traditional material.
