Located in the town of El Bonillo (Castilla-La Mancha) at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters (3,500 feet). Finca Élez makes the wine reflect its extreme growing conditions. The farm borders the El Bonillo Steppe Bird Special Protection Zone, which is part of the Natura 2000 Network, home to protected species such as the great bustard and little bustard.
